What counts as a minute?
Time talking on a call, in or out, to UK numbers. Calls nobody answers don’t count. Minutes are shared by the whole team: 3 agents on Pro share 4,500.
Changing plan or team size
Move between Starter and Pro, or add and remove agents, whenever you like. The difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings. You keep your numbers for 30 days afterwards.

How much does Dialem cost?
Starter is £49 per agent a month with 500 calling minutes each. Pro is £99 per agent a month with 1,500 minutes each, and adds AI replies, call recording, AI call summaries and unlimited funnels. Both include a UK number for every agent, texts and a 7-day free trial. No setup fee and no contract.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days on either plan. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Do I need my own phone system or Twilio account?
No. Each agent gets a UK phone number included, and calls, texts and recordings all run through it. Extra numbers are £5 a month.
What happens if we run out of minutes?
Minutes are shared across the team. If they run out, calls pause until they reset, unless you turn on extra minutes at 6p a minute on Starter or 5p on Pro.
