Dialem

Power dialer · funnels · sales floor

Your leads are
getting cold.
Dial ’em.

Every minute a lead sits in a spreadsheet is a minute someone else is calling them. Dialem puts the next best number in front of your team and dials it.

Nothing to install. Nobody to train. Dialling this afternoon.

Bring a list of leads. Every agent gets a UK number, and nobody at our end has to set anything up for you.

Funnels

By the time it’s your turn, they’ve already heard from you.

A lead arrives, the funnel texts and emails them, keeps the conversation going, and drops them in the queue - before anyone picks up the phone.

The lead

Every lead has one page, and it remembers everything.

Calls, texts, emails, stage changes and edits, in one list - written as they happen, by whoever did it.

Callbacks

“Call me Thursday at four” is a booking, not a note.

It starts in the wrap-up, holds a real slot in one agent’s diary, and comes back to find you when it falls due.

The app

The same floor, from a phone.

Find the lead, read them, ring them from their own record - and log how it went before you pocket the phone.

Nobody gets dialled from a listYou open the lead, read them, and the call button sits beside the number it rings.
Outcomes survive dead spotsLogged to the phone first, sent by themselves when the signal comes back.
No softphone? Use your ownDead spot or no headset - switch to your own phone and it still logs the call.
Callbacks buzz the deviceBooked on the phone the moment it’s made, so it fires with the app closed.

Getting set up

Three steps, and no sales call.

You can be dialling the same afternoon. Nothing here needs anyone from our end.

  1. 01

    Get your number

Every agent gets a UK number, included in the price. Calls, texts and recordings all run through it.

  2. 02

    Bring your leads

Import a CSV and map the columns yourself, or point a Facebook lead form at it and they arrive as they submit.

  3. 03

    Start dialling

Pick a list, hit the queue, and log outcomes as you go. Funnels and callbacks work from the first call.

Questions

What is Dialem?

A power dialer and lead funnel platform for UK sales teams. Leads come in from Facebook, Instagram, website forms or a spreadsheet, get an automatic text or email, and land in a call queue that dials them one after another. Every agent gets a UK phone number and calling minutes in the price.

How much does Dialem cost?

Starter is £49 per agent a month with 500 calling minutes each. Pro is £99 per agent a month with 1,500 minutes each, and adds AI replies, call recording, AI call summaries and unlimited funnels. Both include a UK number for every agent, texts and a 7-day free trial. No setup fee and no contract.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days on either plan. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

What is a power dialer?

Software that rings your leads one at a time, back to back, and connects you as soon as someone answers. Unlike a predictive dialer it never rings more people than you can talk to, so nobody picks up to silence. Dialem puts callbacks that are due first, then the freshest leads, and dials the next number the moment you log how a call went.

Does Dialem work in the UK?

It is built for the UK. Numbers are UK numbers, prices are in pounds, and calls go to UK numbers. Premium-rate numbers are blocked so nobody runs up a bill by accident.

Is Dialem compliant with UK calling rules?

It enforces two rules at the moment of every call, text and email rather than leaving them to the agent: a do-not-contact list, and calling hours checked against the lead's own time zone (8am to 9pm by default). Anyone who texts STOP is added to the list automatically.

Do I need my own phone system or Twilio account?

No. Each agent gets a UK phone number included, and calls, texts and recordings all run through it. Extra numbers are £5 a month.

Can my team dial from their phones?

Yes. There is an iPhone app that works the same leads, rings when the phone is locked, and logs calls even through a dead spot. Agents can also dial from the browser, or click any number on a web page with the Chrome extension.

Where do leads come from?

Facebook and Instagram lead forms, Instagram messages and comments, your website's forms, or a spreadsheet import. Pro also builds lead lists of businesses from Google Maps. Starter includes 1 lead source; Pro is unlimited.

What happens if we run out of minutes?

Minutes are shared across the team. If they run out, calls pause until they reset, unless you turn on extra minutes at 6p a minute on Starter or 5p on Pro.
